When planning an entire wedding, you have enough on your mind! So one thing that isn't always thought about is the morning-of. Getting ready with your bridesmaids the morning of your wedding is meant to be fun & laid-back. You should be drinking mimosas and eating donuts! That's why we put together our Bridal Sweet picnic, so we do the thinking, planning, and set-up for you. 

Want some of it or want it all - we have three tiers to this package so you can find the one that's perfect for you. The vast majority of bridal party get ready in hotel rooms the morning of their wedding, which sometimes requires double parking, tight elevators, and longer hauls to the picnic destination. Our pricing reflects these obstacles.

BASIC BRIDAL SWEET

$250 first table up to 6 people, + $25 per person after 6

INCLUDES donut tree & orange juice, and our classic boho theme.

All of your table décor, place settings, blankets & pillows. 

Can set up the evening before or morning-of.

Tear down doesn't happen after until your photography is able to capture those "getting ready" photos around your picnic and you head to your ceremony.

PREMIUM BRIDAL SWEET 

Our premium package has everything our Basic does, but for $60 more you receive the Small Charcuterie Board in the Premium Bridal Sweet.

ULTIMATE BRIDAL SWEET 

Upgrading once more, for an additional $42 you'll receive one dozen custom bridal cakesicles and 1 complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate! The Ultimate Bridal Sweet includes everything you see in both our Basic & Premium packages. For this ultimate package we also add-on any bakery or breakfast items of your choice. This additional fee varies based on quantity and type.

Custom colors & themes considered for additional fees if we do not have the items in our inventory.

What better way to ask "will you be my bridesmaid?" than with a luxury, chic picnic! 

This picnic includes your table for 6, table décor, place settings, blankets & pillows for $225.

+ $25 per additional guest exceeding 6.

Any location of your choosing. 

To create the full experience, we also include our Gold Circle Backdrop with a custom sign or banner!

Aren't very crafty or don't have the time to put together proposal boxes? Build them with us! We send you a detailed questionnaire of what you want to include in each and we assemble & create them for you. As we set up your picnic, we'll set them at each place setting. 

Prices for proposal boxes vary based on materials & quantity.

We always encourage our couples to do what YOU want, and to do what's best for you when it comes to your wedding day. Intimate ceremony's are really special, and truly make the day all about you and your love, and your closes family & friends. Plus, huge weddings just aren't for everyone! That's why we created our Private Wedding Picnic package.

Terrene is a modern styled restaurant located in Station Square, that offers an aesthetically pleasing environment that pairs perfectly with our picnic style & Kimberley Ashlee Catering's modern cuisine.

Here are the details: 

50 guest capacity 

$300 Venue Rental Fee

Full Service Event Planning starting at $800 (for a minimum of 15 guests)

  • This includes either boho or garden seating, or a mixture of both, with full table décor & place settings

  • Access to our full rentals inventory 

  • Custom Welcome Sign

  • Set up & Tear Down

  • Vendor Coordination for any outside rental

Minimum $1,500 food and beverage minimum for 4-hour rental, fully catered by Kimberley Ashlee Catering. Includes servers and bartender.
